Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the w117 platform. Registering more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed without any balance paid out.

You are fully responsible for:

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

The w117 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

  • Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or abuse of the bonus system.
  • Use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining bonus credit balance may be forfeited. Original deposit amounts that can be verified will be returned at the discretion of management.
